Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you've ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with hang tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, visit your order confirmation email and click "View order" to submit a return request directly. Alternatively you can email us at customerservice@rzumu.com. Please do not send items back before your return has been approved — items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once your return is approved you'll receive instructions on how and where to send your package.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at customerservice@rzumu.com so we can make it right. We'll cover return shipping on any item that arrives damaged or differs from what was described.


Exceptions — non-returnable items

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Preorders

When a style sells out, we open preorders for the next available run. Please note that preorder items are subject to a different return policy.

Preorder items are eligible for size or colorway exchange only — we do not offer refunds on preorder purchases. If you need to exchange your preorder item for a different size or colorway, contact us at customerservice@rzumu.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange the exchange at no additional cost.

If a preorder item arrives damaged or is materially different from what was described, a full refund will be issued regardless of preorder status.

Preorder delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to change. We will communicate any delays as soon as we are aware of them. If a preorder is cancelled by RZUMU for any reason, a full refund will be issued immediately.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right size or colorway is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted. Email us at customerservice@rzumu.com to initiate the process.


European Union — 14-day cooling off period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you of approval within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at customerservice@rzumu.com and we'll look into it immediately.
