Shipping policy

Shipping

Every RZUMU order is packed and shipped from our studio in Montecito, California. All items are in stock and ready to ship. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it home.


Domestic Shipping — United States

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight via UPS.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.


International Shipping

RZUMU ships worldwide including the United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, and throughout North America and South America. Shipping rates for all international destinations are calculated automatically at checkout via UPS based on your location and order weight.

Estimated international delivery times:

Canada — 5–7 business days United Kingdom and European Union — 7–10 business days Australia and New Zealand — 10–14 business days Japan and Hong Kong — 7–10 business days South America — 10–14 business days

Please note that international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by your local carrier or customs authority upon arrival. RZUMU is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships you'll receive an email with your UPS tracking number. You can track your package at ups.com or directly through the link in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us at customerservice@rzumu.com.


Preorder Shipping

Preorder items ship separately from in-stock items. If your order contains both in-stock and preorder pieces, your in-stock items will ship immediately and your preorder items will ship as soon as they become available. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.

Preorder delivery timelines are estimates. We will notify you by email of any changes to your estimated ship date as soon as we are aware of them.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed to UPS and a tracking number has been issued, RZUMU is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please first check with neighbors and your building management, then contact UPS directly at ups.com to file a claim. If you need additional support, email us at customerservice@rzumu.com and we'll do everything we can to help.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. RZUMU is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at customerservice@rzumu.com as quickly as possible — if your order hasn't shipped yet we'll do our best to update it.
